Terms of Use

These terms set out the agreement between you and Honeycomb. We've kept them as clear as we can.

Last updated 26 June 2026

01

Acceptance of these terms

Honeycomb is operated by honeycomb B.V., Apollolaan 151, 1077 AR Amsterdam, Netherlands. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and of Bee, our AI concierge. By using Honeycomb, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02

What Honeycomb is — and what it is not

Honeycomb helps you discover third-party mental-health apps and tools through an AI conversation. The information Bee provides is for general informational purposes only. Honeycomb is not medical, clinical, or psychological advice, is not a diagnosis or treatment, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Honeycomb is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, are thinking about harming yourself, or are facing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately or use the resources on our Crisis Support page. Bee cannot help in an emergency.

03

Who can use Honeycomb

You must be at least 16 years old to use Honeycomb (or older, if your country sets a higher age for consenting to online services). By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

04

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems;
  • submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to share;
  • rely on the service for emergencies or as a replacement for professional care.
05

About Bee’s responses

Bee uses artificial intelligence to generate its responses and suggestions. AI can be inaccurate or incomplete, and may occasionally produce information that is wrong or not suited to your situation. Always use your own judgement, and consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health.

06

Third-party apps and links

Honeycomb surfaces apps, tools, and resources operated by third parties. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

We may have partner or affiliate relationships with some of the services we list, and may receive compensation in some cases. Where this is so, it does not change how we assess quality or safety, and it does not bias the suggestions Bee makes to you. Our goal is always to help you find what genuinely fits your needs.

07

Intellectual property

The Honeycomb and Bee names, logos, content, and software are owned by honeycomb B.V. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content or branding without our permission.

08

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any suggestion will be suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, honeycomb B.V. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, or from your use of any third-party app discovered through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including your mandatory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

09

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

10

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, except where mandatory law (for example, consumer-protection rules in your country of residence) gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11

Using Honeycomb outside the Netherlands

Honeycomb is available internationally. We base our privacy practices on the GDPR, which we apply to all users. If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR gives you equivalent data-protection rights; if you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may have rights such as access to and deletion of your data. You can exercise any of these rights using the contact details below — see our Privacy Policy for full detail.
